persuasive speech

In this semester, i had taken public speaking subject. I had done public speaking in persuasive speech. I am very like this part other than types of public speaking because it is very interesting. I can see, eat and taste anything product that my friend show to audience. During this presentation, I had make promotion about products of ice cream. The name of my product is ICE CREAM DREAM. Our group brought a sample of ice cream to give my friends and our lecturer to taste it. We had explain about benefit and advantage of my product. The important thing is users want to know about this product whether is halal or not. Yes our product is halal and made in Malaysia. I am very enjoy for this part because this part not too formal to us. So, i can relax and release tension. It also not so bored because some of my friends good in a joke. That is why the presentation can make happy and funny. When we prepare and find information for this product, we did not have any problem and pressure because it is easy other than public speaking of discussion group and forum presentation.

My opinion is persuasive speech can help me and other student to better in perform in front of public. This is because we can learn how to be a good presenter. In other presentation, we can be more brave and confident. I know, everyone feel shy to talk in front of many people but if we always think positive and ignore what people want to say about us we can do a better presentation. We can know how to take attention and have eye contact with audience. All presentation is a same rules but the different is whether the presentation is formal on informal.

I think persuasive speech is very good because can help student to be brave and confident when in a public. Other than that, I can add my knowledge about something that i do not know but the people know it. We also can share idea each other between lecturer and students and friends. This presentation can help student to be open minded and do not to scheme. It also can help in to increase of discipline about wearing and talking to each other.
